For two days now, I’ve been alone. My sister finished university and went to Botosani. So I was left all alone. Now I will have to prepare my food all alone, with no help from her, and without nice surprises. So, I have to push my imagination to the limit in the cooking department. I like to follow recopies, but I like more to be creative. So here is what I invented today…

Ingredients:

• smallest potatoes you can buy – 1 kg
• pork chops – 200g
• medium onion
• olive oil
• parsley
• Hungarian eros pista – hot chilly sauce
• salt, pepper, dried laurel leaves

Process:

1. peel and wash the potatoes
2. put some water to boil in a big frying pan
3. add the onion fish like cut
4. add the potatoes cut in half
5. add some olive oil, salt, pepper and the dried laurel leaves
6. when the water had evaporated, add the rest of the oil to fry it all
7. when the potatoes are almost done add the pork chops cut in thin slices
8. add the Hungarian eros pista and the parsley small chopped
9. mix it all
10. serve & “Pofta Buna!”
